Sway!

Sway is a studio unlike any other in town!  It is a cardio-dance and movement studio, primarily for adults.  We have thrown the traditional dance rule book out the window and started completely fresh. 

No experience is necessary.  Sway has taken the party from

the night clubs and put it back into the dance studios!  

Our goal is to create positive energy and an exciting environment

so participants want to make fitness a part of their daily routine.

Being an adult studio gives us the opportunity to be

sassy, flirty, strong, fierce and powerful with our classes.

We work-out not because we have to, but because we love to!

Sway welcomes you to ditch the old routines and join in on the fun!
